Key responsibilities
As the Innovation Director/Evangelist you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to inspire innovators, engage clients for co-innovation. This role involves managing end-to-end virtual/physical/hybrid client experiences with curated industry use cases on frontier technologies. It requires engaging C Level leaders from client organisations and become their trusted innovation advisor.
Curating immersive, highly contextualized visit experiences in collaboration with account teams and innovation consultants, ensuring alignment with client priorities and industry trends.
Continuously evolving the lab by introducing new showcases that reflect real-world client co-innovation outcomes and future-ready solutions.
Standardizing and packaging innovation assets to enable scalable, high-quality delivery across Wipro's global innovation centers.
Driving continuous improvement by upholding the first principles of client engagement and embedding feedback loops into every visit.
Engaging confidently with C-level executives, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and the ability to convey strategic narratives with clarity and impact.
Leveraging deep knowledge of Wipro's case studies and frontier technologies to craft compelling, forward-looking client journeys.
Demonstrating strong leadership and people management, inspiring and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver with excellence and agility.
Bringing a consulting mindset, identifying client challenges, and aligning innovation experiences to business outcomes with precision and insight.
