Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to perform the development of VLSI system by defining the various functionalities, architecture, layout and implementation for a client

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead factory-based hardware program management activities from planning through execution.
• Manage Hardware (Rack Server) test infrastructure readiness and ensure alignment with program schedules.
• Monitor factory capacity and proactively address challenges or bottlenecks.
• Act as the first point of escalation for factory issues; drive resolution with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with US teams to align on program deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Track program milestones, report status, and ensure timely execution.
• Work closely with TPMs, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth ramp-up and production.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, processes, and quality expectations.

Qualifications & Experience

Must Have:

• 8 years of Technical Program Management (TPM) experience in a factory/manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of factory operations, manufacturing test infrastructure, and capacity management.
• Proven experience handling factory escalations and working with US/global teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Good English - Speaking, reading and Writing

Nice to Have (Preferred):

• Familiarity with datacenter hardware products.
• Experience in rack-level hardware integration and testing.
• Previous exposure to server/datacenter-scale hardware programs.

Work Mode

• Onsite at Hukou factory (daily presence required - 5 days a week).
• PM as Individual Contributor
• Candidate should be located near Hukou/Hsinchu or be willing to relocate. Daily commute from distant locations is not feasible.

Mandatory Skills: VLSI Board Design .

Experience: 3-5 Years .
