Location:PAN India
• Responsible for providing ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) system for a client. This role involves troubleshooting issues, performing system upgrades, and working with clients to address their business needs within the EC module.
• Perform routine maintenance and support activities for the EC system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users or identified through system monitoring.
• Assist with system upgrades and patch management. * Support client requests for data migration, reporting, and ad-hoc queries.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless system operation.
• Provide training and guidance to users on the EC system.
• Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• Experience with AMS or Application Management Services.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with HR processes and practices.
• Experience with data migration tools and reporting.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
