This role belongs to our German subsidiary Wipro Technologies GmbH with a headquarter in Frankfurt and is open for all locations in Germany.

Your working area & responsibilities
- Work on user onboarding request which include building a laptop, dispatch it to new user and update ServiceNow CMDB details.
- Work on user offboarding request which include receiving a laptop from leaver and add in stock and update ServiceNow CMDB details.
- Ship other logistics as per requests.
- Assist user with local desktop issues.
- Visit client office location periodically and on ad-hoc basis to perform health check of conference room equipment and to be available for technical support for any important meeting.
- Assist user with Printer mapping.
- Comply with agreed Security and Physical Access instructions provided by the client.
- Always conduct themselves in a business-like and professional manner.
- Be familiar with local client HR practices (such as dress codes) and observe as appropriate.
- Adhere to client policies including to its data privacy, and computing policy and non-disclosure policies.
- Complete On-Site induction process provided by client.
- Coordinate with 3rd Party Providers (e.g. Hardware maintenance Contractor, network connected printer or multifunction printer Contractor, Telco contractor) to perform On-site work where required.
- Provide oversight and guidance for Desktop Client issue and locally installed Apps where required excluding business applications.
- Coordinate with Third Party Vendors for service to Assets includes scheduling service call(s) Arranging/ providing location access (including outside business hours).
Your skillset
- Strong understanding of Windows client machines, software applications and basic networking concepts
- Experienced with laptop/desktop imaging activity
- Very good Problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Very good troubleshooting skills
- Familiar with Software installation procedure
- Basic level of proficiency in remote support tools and techniques
