Required Skills & Experience:

Core AI/GenAI/ML:

• 4-6 years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in AI/ML/NLP/GenAI projects.
• Hands-on expertise with OpenAI, Azure , RAG pipelines, etc.
• Strong Python development skills; familiarity with libraries.
• Experience with vector DBs ,prompt optimization, and multi-agent orchestration.

Healthcare Flavor (Preferred but not Mandatory):

• Familiarity with healthcare business scenarios such as claims, member/provider data, UM workflows.
• Any prior experience integrating with systems like Facets, QNXT, EHRs, or payer-side APIs is a strong plus.
• Understanding of compliance contexts like HIPAA and handling of PHI data is a bonus.

Mandatory Skills: HC - Payor .

Experience: 5-8 Years .
