Role Purpose

The role incumbent is focused on implementation of roadmaps for business process analysis, data analysis, diagnosis of gaps, business requirements & functional definitions, best practices application, meeting facilitation, and contributes to project planning. Consultants are expected to contribute to solution building for the client & practice. The role holder can handle higher scale and complexity compared to a Consultant profile and is more proactive in client interactions.

Calypso Technical Analyst

Experince 4-14 years

Location : Mumbai( Malad & Thane

Job Role:

Comprehensive support to the Treasury - Business Unit, encompassing responsibilities across Front, Middle, and Back Office operations. The specialist collaborates closely with clients to identify, clarify, and resolve issues raised by business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and resolve incidents reported by business users within defined (SLAs)
• Perform code debugging to diagnose problems, implement temporary solutions, and coordinate permanent resolutions

Monitor critical system processes and promptly address failures or irregularitie

Domain: Good understanding of Capital Markets products, Trade life cycle and Processes related to Front Office / Middle Office / Back office, Asset classes (FX, Fixed Income, Credit Derivatives, Interest Rate Derivatives)

Technical: Calypso V16 and above, Calypso API 's and Frameworks, Core-Java, Oracle SQL Database, Unix, JBoss

Mandatory Skills: Calypso .

Experience: 3-5 Years .
