Location: Dallas/New Jersey/Anywhere in US

Role Purpose:

The Digital Transformation Architect - Payor is a client facing role, Drives end-to-end solution integration in Multi Tower deals ($30MN +) post deal qualification. The DTA - Payor is responsible for the development of the overall vision, solution blueprint that underlies the projected solution and transforms that vision into a solution that can be implemented and achieves the client's stated and unstated outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the clients objective, identify stated and non-stated needs, and create an overall solution blueprint.
  • Breakdown solution blueprint to an overall solution architecture that establishes the overall solution approach for wider practice teams.
  • Works with the practice teams to share the vision and share expectations to complete the end to end solution, from standalone solutions created by each practice
  • Builds credibility and conviction in technical solution - provide recommendations on breadth of solutions
  • Drives end-to-end solution integration in Multi Tower deals - undertakes integration of architecture blueprint, cost, effort estimations etc. with support from solution architects, delivery
  • Shapes transformational deals with senior client executives, partnering with account / business development execs
  • Customer facing role - Key strength in Intrinsic such as project management, client interaction, communication skills, internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Undertakes practice agnostic lens - Defines transformation plan
  • Hands over the transformation plan to transformation lead/delivery lead upon closure of deal

  • Understanding clients ask/needs and create themes of solution that can help Wipro win via digitized mind map leveraging Research and Account intelligence.
  • Understand the solution approach and understanding of when to choose which approach based on Winnability, Profitability and Deliverability. Note: advantages/disadvantages of each - applicable scenarios, examples, learnings etc.
  • Consensus building with both external and internal stakeholders and ownership of the solution defense.
  • Ability to understand effort and resource estimation, alignment and drive optimization

Measurement
  • Deal wins (Quantify based on percentage)
