The ServiceNow ITSM Developer Will Be Responsible For
- Utilizing their experience in ITSM, Service Catalog, and platform administration, design, development, and implementation of applications in ServiceNow.
- Integrating 3rd party tools using XML, HTML, Web Services, REST, etc.
- Providing administrative ServiceNow Support, troubleshooting and implementing bug fixes, and root cause analysis.
- Planning and testing ServiceNow version upgrades.
- Designing and developing Business Rules, Catalog Items, UI Policies, UI Actions, the script includes scheduled jobs, import sets, and transform maps.
- Integrating ServiceNow with Third Party tools.
- Creating Scripted REST API and knowing when it's appropriate to use an OOB API or integration method.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
Experience in ITSM, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Knowledge of integration methodologies for Service-Now.
- Experience with Business Rules, Catalog Items, UI Policies, UI Actions, script includes scheduled jobs, import sets, and transform maps.
- Good understanding of Service-Now Logs for troubleshooting & adhere Service-Now best practices.
- Excellent javascript proficiency
