- Provide technical assistance to infrastructure team
- Monitor the status of projects
- Primarily responsible for documentation being kept up to date and accurate
- Ensure all processes and procedure are being followed by the team
- Assist with infrastructure workload - some hands-on technical work.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Experience/Skills:
- High-level experience with windows operating system, workstations hardware, and desktop applications
- High-level experience with troubleshooting in infrastructure environments
- Experience with successfully working with external vendors

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
