Excellent communication skills to share findings in an understandable and actionable manner
Broad understanding of training and development
Handy with Google Spreadsheets/MS Excel, Google Slides & Powerpoin
Good to have Hiring Skills:
- The candidate should possess understanding of risk management & compliance activities as applicable to this functional role.
Proven ability in managing dynamic and multiple workflows (Large Teams)
Certification in Trust & Safety Domain

Understanding of Gen AI
Responsibilities:
Candidate is expected to lead a team of Trainers and training leads (Assistant Managers) and will report to the Talent Skilling function Lead (Senior Manager / Manager) for the respective tower
- Manage and Govern KA and KT related activities in the account and work with the client and various stakeholders to ensure that processes knowledge is documented and transferred to the operations team
Structure on-boarding, Training requirements, Pre Process, Customer Visits etc.
Ensure that all new employees go through the defined learning path for their respective roles in the account * Report and Resolve pre-process and process training issues identified by Process SMEs and new employees * Govern and mitigate issues identified during progress of new hires during OJT and GO-live * Strategize refresher and remedial training for existing employees
Ensure all regulatory requirements are complied with from time to time
Maintain Policy and Training data and information
Ensure generation of policy and training reports from time to time are streamlined
Ensure generation of policy and training reports from time to time are streamlined
Support any administrative tasks like policy sync, policy creation, policy maintenance and trainer roster and scheduling of connect sessions and forums
Review policy and training content as per client requirement and training readiness
* Provide feedback and coaching to policy specialists and trainers
