Job Role : Delivery Manager (Service Delivery Manager)
Job Description :
We are seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer with expertise in AWS and Azure.
The role involves platform installation, upgrades, and L1-L3 support.
Manage incidents, service requests, and change processes.
Ensure compliance with GxP and SoX standards.
Support Databricks provisioning and operations.
Optimize cloud performance and cost efficiency.
Implement and monitor cloud security policies.
Automate service delivery and enhance processes.
Work with Jira/Kanban for project tracking.
Provide database and governance support across platforms.
Mandatory Skills: Delivery Management .
Experience: >10 YEARS .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $200,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
