We are seeking a dynamic an experienced Presales Lead to take on a crucial role in our presales activities and execution of the sales strategy in the ANZ SMU. As a Presales Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership, support, and strategic guidance to our sales team, ensuring effective presales activities aligned with our sector-specific goals. Your expertise in driving revenue growth and your ability to manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order booking, pipeline management, and CRM (TRACE) utilization will be instrumental in our success.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions that align with sector-specific requirements.

- Support the sales team in defining and implementing effective presales processes and best practices.

- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant.

- Participate in sector-specific events and forums to enhance our brand visibility and generate leads.

  • Order Booking and Pipeline Management:

  • - Work closely with the sales team to set ambitious order booking targets and develop sales strategies to achieve them.

    - Collaborate with the sales team to manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up on potential opportunities.

    - Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement measures to enhance conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.

    - Provide guidance and support to the sales team in negotiation and contract management to secure orders.

  • CRM (TRACE) Management:

  • - Oversee the management and maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring it is utilized effectively by the sales team.

    - Collaborate with the sales team to define and implement CRM usage guidelines and best practices.

    - Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of data entry, ensuring that leads, opportunities, and customer interactions are properly recorded.

    - Analyze CRM data to identify trends, track campaign results, and provide actionable insights to drive sales performance.

  • Sales Performance Analysis:

  • - Develop and implement mechanisms to track and analyze sales performance against targets and KPIs.

    - Provide regular reports and insights to the sales team and senior management, highlighting areas of improvement and growth opportunities.

    - Collaborate with the sales team to identify training and development needs, and provide support in enhancing their skills and capabilities.

  • Collaboration and Cross-functional Support:

  • - Foster collaboration and effective communication between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of the sales strategy.

    - Provide support to the sales team in preparing sales collateral, presentations, and sector-specific materials.

    KPIs:

    - Order booking targets and achievement.

    - Sales pipeline growth and conversion rates.

    - CRM data accuracy and timeliness of updates.

    - Lead generation and conversion rates from customer campaigns.

    - Presales process efficiency and effectiveness.
