• Troubleshooting experience in a variety of brands off compute, storage and network hardware including Cisco, Juniper etc
• Good communication skills to work with multiple 3rd party vendors
• Experience working with data center, Co-Lo providers shipping and remote hands services - specifically CISCO products
• Ability to handle multiple tickets at one time, while being able to re-prioritize new incoming high priority tickets
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and common networking terms
• Knowledge of network cabling, optic types
• Travel on need basis - for supporting the data center HW/SW related upgrades & issues

Mandatory Skills: Network Data Admin .

Experience: 5-8 Years .
