The position is with the Wipro Enterprise Futuring Cybersecurity & Risk Services (CRS) practice and would be responsible for driving sales of our horizontal offerings within various industry verticals:

Role & Responsibilities:
The purpose of the role is to create and drive business and growth of the practice through demand generation, solution evangelization, pre-sales activities, delivery execution and capability development.

Develop and deploy business strategy for the practice
Establish Focus Areas, business priorities and portfolio choices for the Practice
Conduct regular cadence calls and dashboard reviews to review delivery and people metrices
Conduct monthly review for key accounts with Delivery Unit teams
Interact and engage with the client leadership to communicate and update progress against account plan, project delivery etc.
Participate in regular business reviews with Leadership and share Practice performance across revenue, growth, operational and capability parameters
Drive focus on demand generation through market differentiation
Drive Go-To-Market strategy for the Practice
Educate sales teams, BU client servicing team and client teams about sub-Practice's offerings and differentiation
Drive building of sales pipeline through upstream Consulting services
Drive positive market perception through Thought Leadership in own domain
Drive focus on revenue and growth
Collaborate with delivery Leaders to proactively mine existing client accounts to increase account run-rates and convert competition share
Plan, track and forge growth via new account opening. Support sales hunting effort to acquire new logos
Drive Pre-Sales processes to help increase win-rate and generate new revenue
Structure high value/ strategic deals
Drive revenues from Solutions and IPs
Monitor and review the execution of deals in the practice as per defined quality and process standards
Track and review revenue across stages from order booking to order fulfilment to invoicing to revenue realization for own practice
Support in managing and resolving complex client escalations to mitigate revenue leakages or opportunity losses
Capability Development and Talent Pipeline Creation
Monitor and Review quarterly demand forecasts, resource planning and fulfillment in line with business requirements and costs of delivery
Drive Localization talent requirements in identified key markets
Drive Workforce Transformation charter for the practice
Performance Management
Follow goals set for the team, participate in timely performance reviews, and takes onboard constructive feedback
Ensure that the Performance Next is followed for the entire team
Employee Satisfaction and Engagement
Follows engagement initiatives for the team
Track team satisfaction scores and identify initiatives to build engagement within the team
Functional competencies / technical skills
Very strong knowledge of current and future security technologies (e.g. Firewalls, IPS, DDoS, SIEM, WAF, Endpoint, etc.) and understanding of compliance regulations such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, NIST, NIS2 ...etc.
Very strong systems thinking skills - understanding of the Wipro system (interrelationships, dependencies, and limitations) and performing problem solving in a complex environment.
In-depth knowledge and mastery of overcosystem technologies, commanding the respect of expert authority
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Cloud Architect certification from AWS and Azure, ToGAF or SABSA certification.
