Customer Service Representative- Billing & Enrollment

Location: remote

Hours:must be flexible to work any shift during hours of operation from 8am-8pm ET

Compensation: $17 per hour, $18 per hour bilingual Spanish

Position Summary:

The Billing and Enrollment Representative will be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role you will provide information to customers in response to complaints, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries. You will play a vital role in ensuring every customer feels valued and supported..

Additional Job Duties:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and composed demeanor in all interactions.
  • Possess a strong aptitude for learning and robust problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ascertain customer requirements, probe for clarity and understanding, and leverage decision-support tools and resources to resolve both standard and complex issues requiring conceptual thinking and problem-solving.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and complete documentation, including timely and appropriate account notations.
  • Utilize call tracking databases for efficient information tracking, documentation, and retrieval.
  • Ensure service delivery adheres to established contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).


Requirements:
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 1 - 3 years' experience in related field - Health Insurance (Affordable Care Act)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility to accommodate rotating shifts as required by operational needs


Preferences:
  • 3 years experience in related field


Mandatory Skills: Customer Service

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $30,000 to $37,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
