Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solution
We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant (strong product knowledge) with a strong product knowledge and Business analyst background to translate business requirements into solutions, ensure quality delivery, and facilitate seamless collaboration between technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Translate business requirements into user stories and solution designs with architects and developers.
• Perform end-to-end testing of user stories to ensure functionality.
. Test in UAT as proxy business user, write test scenarios /cases
• Prepare and document release notes for deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
Key Requirements
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Projects, Field Service, Case Management).
• Strong functional consulting experience with a strong product and business analysis background
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools, RESTful APIs, and Azure services.
• 10 years of experience combining functional and technical roles.
Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
• Experience in OEM or manufacturing industries.
Mandatory Skills: MSD365 Customization and Configuration .
Experience: 8-10 Years .
