Job Title: Supply Chain Consulting Partner - Celonis (U.S.)
Location: Major U.S. metro areas (NYC, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, San Francisco) or Remote Business Unit: Wipro Consulting Practice Area: Supply Chain & Operations
Role Summary
Wipro Consulting is seeking a dynamic and visionary Process Transformation Partner to lead our U.S.-based Celonis Practice. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with expertise in functional areas such as supply chain, order management, finance and passion for driving transformation through process analysis, process management, and process improvement. The transformational offering would be built on top of Celonis and you will be responsible for shaping strategy, leading delivery, and expanding our footprint across Fortune 500 clients.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the U.S. go-to-market strategy for process analysis, management, and transformation using Celonis.
- Cultivate executive-level relationships across industries including manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and logistics.
- Represent Wipro at industry events, Celonis (and prices analysis, management, and transformation) forums, and client innovation summits.
Engagement & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements focused on process improvements across supply chain, order management using Celonis.
- Conduct value discovery workshops to identify high-impact use cases across S&OP, P2P, O2C, inventory, and logistics.
- Oversee delivery teams to ensure measurable outcomes such as cost reduction, improved cycle times, and enhanced service levels.
Practice Development
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of Celonis consultants, working across multiple functional and process areas.
- Collaborate with Wipro's global delivery centers to scale solutions and accelerate time-to-value.
- Drive innovation by integrating Celonis with ERP (SAP, Oracle), analytics, and automation platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in process consulting or enterprise transformation, preferably with top-tier firms.
- Proven success in leading Celonis or process mining engagements with Fortune 500 clients.
- Deep domain expertise in supply chain functions: procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), data modeling, and KPI frameworks.
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Celonis EMS, Action Flows, and App Framework.
- Certifications in Celonis or related platforms.
- Familiarity with U.S. regulatory and compliance standards in supply chain (e.g., FDA, DOT, SOX).

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $190,000.00 to $265,000.00.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
