o Senior Organizational Change Management Leader

• Role
o Project planning, organizational change processes, implementation, and management of organizational changes related to the Integrated Solution.

• Requirements
o Higher Education Degree.
o One or more current ACMP certifications, including: CCMP/ACMP, CMS, CPCM, CMCP/ATP, PCMC/Proci, APMG, or AIM.
o Proven experience in managing organizational change processes in ERP implementation projects.
o Portuguese language for direct communication with clients.
