CFD simulation Consultant using Star CCM
Key responsibilities / skills:
1. Capable of conducting high fidelity CFD simulation for exterior aerodynamics of vehicles in automotive space.
2. Good understanding of CFD work flow and fundamentals.
3. Expert in Star CCM in model building, set-up, applying boundary conditions selecting appropriate turbulent models and solving/de-bugging.
4. Good understanding & experience of studying CFD simulation results (Pressure,Velocity,drag coefficients etc..) from Star CCM and ability to improve the efficiency of the simulation results for our customer.
5. Capable of post processing by interpreting simulation results and suggesting appropriate countermeasures for design improvement in order to meet required target performance criteria.
6. Ability to prepare detailed report with results & countermeasures.
7. Good communication and collaborative skills
Mandatory Skills: CAETools .
Experience: 5-8 Years .
