Role: Business System Analyst
Location: Las Vegas, NV (Day 1 WFO - No Remote)
Yrs. of experience: 5+ Yrs.
Mode of employment: Full-Time
Job Description:
- The Business System Analyst must have at least 5+ years of experience.
- Having of Financial domain knowledge with Credit Card domain is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Must have experience in collecting requirements across multiple program areas that have varying business needs.
- Must have Experience gathering, documenting, and capturing design requirements
- Experience facilitating workshops, meetings and collaborative work sessions with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- Experience developing business process maps and performing fit-gap analyses
- Experience solving complex problems and troubleshooting software systems
- Ability to build relationships and develop rapport with customers
- Ability to listen effectively and uncover information that may not be explicitly stated
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing about technical
- subjects to non-technical users in a way they can easily understand
- Experience preparing and executing test plans, leading and assisting team members in performing and completing test activities, and documenting/communicating testing results
- Experience implementing and testing interfaces that exchange data with large, complex legacy systems
- Experience in assisting with development of plans and work artifacts in support of the project management life cycle
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) management software such as Atlassian
- Skilled in the use Microsoft Office, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
