Role: Sr. Change Management Consultant/ Business Analyst

Location: Toronto (Hybrid/ remote), ON

• Create manage and continuously improve content across knowledge base platform.
• Define and drive the overall content strategy for the knowledge site, aligning with business goals and user needs.
• Monitor content performance using engagement analytics and user feedback; adjust strategy as needed to optimize value.
• consolidate and migrate existing training materials and documentation into a centralised, assessable knowledge base.
• Support organisational change initiatives by developing targeted user centric for new systems, processes and tools.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify user needs, close knowledge gaps, and enhance user experience.
• Provide training and support to admin users, enabling them to contribute high quality content and use platform functionality effectively.
• Capable of defining and delivering an overall OCM strategy, program, and lifecycle roadmap.
• Possess Executive and Stakeholder presence and ability to manage those constituents.
• Quickly become familiar with the customer business challenges and intended implementation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders while leading change.

Required Skills/Experience

• B.A. or equivalent experience along with 8 years of Organizational Change Management Experience.

• 10 years general consulting including large scale (3 million) implementation experience

• 2 -5 years CRM Consulting/ Salesforce or work experience with a CRM system

Mandatory Skills: Organizational Change Management .
