Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to liaison and bridging the gap between customer and Wipro delivery team to comprehend and analyze customer requirements and articulating aptly to delivery teams thereby, ensuring right solutioning to the customer.

JD:

• Scope Documentation & Impact Assessment: Resources will document the full project scope and collaborate with Solution Architects to assess both individual and cross-functional impacts.
• Timeline Coordination: They will confirm required timelines and completion dates, sharing this information with Product Teams to validate involvement and ensure alignment.
• Feature Reconciliation: All features will be reconciled against the defined scope, properly tagged, assigned release/PI dates, and reviewed for cross-functional impacts.
• Roadmap Management: Vertical roadmaps will be developed and updated regularly to reflect current priorities and sequencing.
• Progress Monitoring & Communication: Changes and progress will be tracked in Jira/ADO, with updates communicated to Vertical project teams for escalation to Leadership, Business Partners, and state regulators as needed.
• Team Collaboration & Alignment: Partner with Technology Solutions resources. Together, they will work with Product Teams to ensure alignment, capture cross-functional requirements, and coordinate vertical sequencing across horizontal teams.

Skills required:
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools; Jira Align, ADO, SmartSheets, Advanced excel skill sets running queries e.g. vlookups, dashboards, etc.
- Understands HealthCare Payor in the Medicare and/or Medicaid space
- Ability to interpret legal contractual requirements

Mandatory Skills: HC - Health Tech .

Experience: 5-8 Years .

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
