Role Purpose

The Business Analyst will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams to understand, analyze, and document business requirements within the Healthcare Payer (Medicaid/Medicare) domain, ensuring accurate solution design and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders for requirement clarification and solution alignment
  • Prepare workflows, process diagrams, BRDs, and other functional documents
  • Support RFP/RFI solutioning and proposal documentation
  • Collaborate with delivery, QA, and project teams to ensure requirement traceability
  • Support UAT, integration testing, and solution validation
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and quality deliverables


Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience in Healthcare Payer domain (Medicaid/Medicare)
  • Proven expertise in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering & Documentation
  • Experience working on payer systems such as claims, enrollment, eligibility, or member management
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills


Good to Have

  • Experience in member enrollment processes
  • Exposure to RFP/RFI solutioning
  • Healthcare domain certifications


Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

Customer Engagement and Delivery Management PCSAT, utilization % achievement, no. of leads generated from the business interaction, no. of errors/ gaps in documenting customer requirements, feedback from project manager, process flow diagrams (quality and timeliness), % of deal solutioning completed within timeline, velocity generated. 2. Knowledge Management No. of whitepapers/ research papers written, no. of user stories created, % of proposal documentation completed and uploaded into knowledge repository, No of reusable components developed for proposal during quarter

Mandatory Skills: Medicaid .
