We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong technical documentation expertise to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of business analysis skills and technical acumen to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. The ideal candidate will excel at documenting complex IT processes, creating comprehensive system diagrams, and developing detailed technical specifications that drive successful technology implementations.

Technical Documentation & Analysis
• Document and analyze current state IT systems, processes, and workflows across the organization
• Create comprehensive technical documentation including system architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and process maps
• Develop detailed IT specifications for system enhancements, integrations, and new implementations
• Maintain a centralized repository of technical documentation and ensure version control
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing IT infrastructure, applications, and integrations
• Design and diagram future state systems architecture and process flows
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
• Create user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
Mandatory Skills: Education and Research .
Experience: 5-8 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
