• Minimum 5 years Business Systems Analysis for Mainframe applications in an Agile methodology, including:
• lead requirement /use case solicitation;
• lead the discussions and creation of current/new process flow documentation for end-to-end (e2e) system process;
• complete, review and socialize different artifacts for requirements;
• provide input to e2e design, test strategy and test cases;
• assist with analyzing and resolving defects;
• assist with production validation planning and readiness for deployment;
• solicit, create and socialize operational and business flows for various business and tech teams as required;
• provide input and management of risks and issue
