Job Description

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business needs.
• Breaking down high-level requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Ensuring user stories are clear, concise, and testable.
• Refining the product backlog ensure it's ready for development.
• Acting as a liaison between stakeholders, the Product Owner, and the development team.
• Facilitating communication and clarification of requirements.
• Ensuring everyone understands the business needs and project goals
• Assist with creating wireframes, mockups or process flows.
• Help with change management activities related to product release

Required Skills:

• 8 years of strong BA experience (requirements gathering, BRD, user stories, JIRA, Confluenc
• Commercial Banking (preferably Project Financing but broader banking experience should be fin
• Good data experience (SQL, data mapping, data visualization tools, data migration
• Experience working on projects implemented with Agile methodologie
• Experience in defining and implementing digital solutions for a major financial institutio
• Any AI implementation experience will be good to hav

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
