Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Quality Engineer - Automation to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, self-driven, and capable of leading by example in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce-based applications through robust automation practices. This is based in Mlebourne for initial 6 Months Fixed term role.
Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright (TypeScript) for both UI and API testing.
- Collaborate closely with developers and QA teams to understand application requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, working with teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Promote and implement best practices in test automation and continuous integration.
- Execute automated test scripts and report on test results with actionable insights.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Actively participate in sprint planning and agile development processes.

Must-Have Skills
- Strong proficiency in Playwright using TypeScript.
- Proven ability to work independently and lead by example
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Familiarity with LWC testing using Jest.
- Understanding of Shadow DOM testing.
Mandatory Skills: Test Automation .
Experience: 5-8 Years .
