Job Description:

Title: ATE Technician

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Role Type: Full Time Employement

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• ATE setup and Testing using the tester Advantest 93k / V93000; Advantest Verigy 93K / 93000

• Experience with Smartest 8 preferre

• Basic understanding of Linux commands is required.

• Execution and data collections for SOCs of packages

• Supports engineering activities such as testing, program and hardware checkout utilizing ATE and SLT systems

• Operating Thermostream for characterization

• Minor tweak of load board setup to make it functional for testing

• Calibration & maintenance of test equipment

• Characterization debug using CRO and multimeter.

Maintenance - Logistics, Storage, Tracking and maintenance of load boards, Test samples and various socket boards

Mandatory Skills: VLSI Board Design .

Experience: 1-3 Years .

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $33,000 to $76,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
