• Connect applicants through outbound calls to coordinate on their applications.
• Answer inbound calls from the applicants about general concerns / issues related to application.
• validate accurate information from the applicants (i.e. phone number, email, proper spelling of applicant names).
• Guide the applicant to submit all required missing documents to complete the underwriting process of their application.
