DO

  • Strategize, implement, and manage capability building programs that adhere to organizational objectives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new and existing initiatives.
  • Manage program keeping optimal return-on-investment in mind
  • Manage vendors and procurement processes for capability building programs.
  • Manage stakeholders and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
  • Plan and control deadlines, budgets and activities.
  • Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across different programs offered by TT
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders

Mandatory Skills: Training (Ops).

Experience: 3-5 Years.
