The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage client's software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLA's ensuring client satisfaction
- Technical Skills: Good understanding of core concepts and practical application.
- Communication: Clear, confident, and structured articulation of ideas.
- Migration Experience: Good exposure to migration processes with relevant insights.
- Troubleshooting: Effective problem-solving approach and analytical thinking.
