Appian Developer - L1

Experience Level: Mid to Senior(6+ years)
Certification Required: Appian Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and certified Appian Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing Appian applications and integrating them with enterprise systems. This role demands strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Appian applications using core Appian objects such as Records, Process Models, Expression Rules, Interfaces, and Reports.
• Translate functional requirements into scalable Appian business flows.
• Enhance existing Appian codebase and develop new modules as needed.
• Implement integrations using Connected Systems, Web APIs, Plugins, and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of Appian solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Document technical specifications and maintain application support materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Appian Developer with a strong understanding of Appian architecture and capabilities.
• Certified in Appian Level 2 and Level 3.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with enterprise integrations and Appian plugins.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization in Appian applications.
