The Americas Distribution Center Operations Reseller NPI contractor for New Product Introductions (NPI) will be customer-focused, process-minded, and passionate for excellence. Education Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, BS/BA degree required, MS/MBA preferred

We are seeking a Distribution Center Inventory Control Analyst to join our team and drive operational excellence. This position demands strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a knack for leading cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless delivery management and fulfillment operations. Key Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years in inventory control management or logistics operations.
  • Inventory Concepts: Solid understanding of inventory control concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Mac software.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to engage cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong Excel skills and a detail-oriented approach to resolving inventory discrepancies.
  • Problem Solving: Experience in investigating and resolving inventory stock imbalances and other related issues.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting while also taking initiative.
  • Integrity: High personal and professional ethical standards.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory Accuracy: Ensure inventory integrity through meticulous auditing and proactive management processes.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies between Warehouse Management System (WMS) inventory levels and operational data.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance inventory and fulfillment processes, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external service providers to address challenges and implement solutions.

Education

A Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is required.
