Job Description:

AI/ML Engineer (Azure & Databricks)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning solutions on Microsoft Azure and Databricks. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging data and AI to solve complex business problems and drive innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on MLOps and cloud-based deployments.
• Proven expertise with Azure Databricks and its ecosystem (Delta Lake, MLflow, Unity Catalog).
• Proficiency in Python (including PySpark) and SQL.
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning services.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning concepts, and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for ML applications.
• Experience with building and deploying Generative AI/LLM solutions is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure AI Engineer Associate certification or Databricks Certified Machine Learning Professional.
• Experience with other Azure data services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Event Hubs).
• Knowledge of data governance principles and tools.
• Experience in an Agile development environment.
