AI Product Manager (Retail Business Unit)

Job Description:

• As an AI Product Manager for the Retail Business Unit, you will define and execute the roadmap for AI-driven solutions across both online and in-store experiences.
• You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver products that enhance personalization, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Key focus areas include demand forecasting, inventory optimization, customer service automation, and fraud detection. Your work will directly impact sales growth, customer satisfaction, and store performance.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of AI applications in retail (recommendation engines, NLP chatbots, computer vision, dynamic pricing, and supply chain optimization).
• Ability to translate customer insights and business priorities into AI product strategies with measurable impact.
• Proven experience collaborating with engineering, data science, merchandising, and store operations teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with focus on customer experience and business ROI.
• Experience managing end-to-end AI product lifecycle in fast-paced retail or e-commerce environments.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
