Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to develop minimum viable product (MVP) and comprehensive AI solutions that meet and exceed client's expectations and add value to business.

Role: Gen AI Engineer / Consultant

Location:New Brunswick, New Jersey ( Onsite only )

Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities (in Detail)Mandatory
• Strong understanding of Gen AI Tech stack and working experience in end to end implementations of enterprise grade applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Ability to work with large datasets and knowledge of data preprocessing techniques.
• Strong Backend Python developer
• Experience in applying machine learning techniques, Natural Language Processing or Computer Vision using TensorFlow, Pytorch
• Build and deploy end to end Gen AI based conversational experience applications with RAG.
• Expert in applying ML techniques such as: classification, clustering, deep learning, optimization methods, supervised and unsupervised techniques
• Optimize model performance and scalability for real-time inference and deployment.
• Experiment with different hyperparameters and model configurations to improve AI model quality.
• Ensure AI ML solutions are developed, and validations are performed in accordance with Responsible AI guidelines & Standards
• Proven ability to apply, debug, and develop machine learning models
• Preferred skill - Fine tuning of LLMs / SLMs , Agentic AI based implementations
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills for complex AI problems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Mandatory Skills: Gen AI, LLM, RAG, Langchain, Vector DB, AWS / GCP / Azure Cloud, Python , SQL , Rest APIs , Prompt Engineering , Agentic AI
Preferred Skills: Langgraph , GraphDB , ML algorithms , NLP based implementations with Transformers , Hugging face , Chat bot design and build
Good to have:
• Graph DB based implementations with Langgraph
• Exposure to full managed cloud services for Gen AI implementations

Mandatory Skills: AI ML Solution Architecting .

Experience: 5-8 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
