Role Purpose
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adobe AEM Full Stack Senior lead the design, development, and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AEM architecture, strong technical proficiency, and the ability to drive strategic development initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in AEM development and architecture, including a deep understanding of Adobe AEM architecture with overall 15 years of IT experience.
- Skills:

- Proficiency in Java, AEM, CRX/CRXDE, WCM, DAM, Analytics, and Social Collaboration.
- Experience with Java, J2EE, HTML, CSS, JS, AJAX, Restful WS is a must
- Experience with Agile methodology and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex environments.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in AEM, ITIL, LMS are preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to innovate and drive strategic initiatives.
