Job Description:

Responsibility-

Hardware Installation & Configuration

Deploy and set up servers, racks, switches, routers, and other physical infrastructure components within the data center.

Basic Network Validation

Perform initial checks on physical network connections and collaborate with network teams to ensure proper setup and troubleshooting.

Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting

Identify and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues during deployments and ongoing operations, often in real-time.

Shift Flexibility

Willingness to work afternoon and weekend shifts as needed to support 24/7 data center operations.

Self-Motivation & Physical Readiness

Must be a proactive, self-starting individual who is comfortable performing hands-on tasks in a dynamic data center environment.

Mandatory Skills: Datacenter - Wintel Stack .

Experience: 3-5 Years .

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
