Job Title: Administrator (Desktop Imaging Engineer )

Experience Required: 5 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Desktop Imaging Engineer with deep expertise in SCCM, MDT, and Windows imaging technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining imaging solutions, supporting endpoint devices, and providing Tier 3 support. This role requires strong scripting skills, experience with BitLocker encryption, and the ability to troubleshoot complex imaging and deployment issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage imaging solutions using MDT and SCCM.
• Build and maintain OSD Task Sequences for bare metal, in-place upgrades, and feature updates.
• Create and integrate driver packages and Boot WIMs.
• Work with Windows ADK, boot image replacement, and driver integration.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and HTA front-end interfaces.
• Configure and troubleshoot Answer Files and XML configurations.
• Administer SCCM client installations, software distribution, remote control, and endpoint management.
• Support Modern Device Management solutions including CMG and CDP.
• Package applications and manage SCCM boundaries, network inventory, and installer design.
• Deploy and manage BitLocker encryption using task sequences and scripts.
• Utilize MBAM and scripting languages (VBScript, PowerShell, SQL) for endpoint security.
• Support Windows endpoints (7, 8, 10) and Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019).
• Capture and rebuild images for bare metal devices.
• Build VHDs for VDI environments and optimize using Citrix and script tools.
• Troubleshoot driver-related issues and blue screen errors during imaging.
• Utilize UDI Wizard for customized deployments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the imaging environment with innovative engineering solutions.
• Participate in desktop application deployment and lifecycle management.
• Interface with customer technical teams and translate requirements to delivery teams.
• Provide technical guidance to SCCM and imaging teams.
• Deliver Tier 3 support and generate reports using Excel.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Operate independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies through workshops and publications.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
