Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage client's software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLA's ensuring client satisfaction
Skill: IT Operations Management
Should be able to do below tasks :
- Service Component: Deskside Support for laptops desktops
- Able to do store management
- Service Component: Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC)
- Work Instruction, Service Interface Manuals & Scripts
- Asset compliance security and BMC compliance
- Software distribution application packaging and patching
Tools : BMC Helix ,BMC
Mandatory Skills: IT Operations Management .
