Role-IT Support

IT Infrastructure Analyst. This candidate should be willing apply professional experience, take instruction and direction, be self-motivating, and overall be able to work well with the team. Outgoing, confident, knowledgeable, IT Infrastructure Analyst will support application dependent systems deployment including MS O365, VOIP, SD-WAN, MDM as well as other mission critical systems. They will also be responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner according to SLA. The Infrastructure Analyst will help with technology discovery and deployment across the entire organization to meet the enterprise standards and application requirements. He/She will evaluate existing systems, implement best practices, recommend procedures, develop configuration and topology documentation for efficient and effective infrastructure implementation. This position will administratively support multiple platforms including MS O365, SDWAN, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and application user management. ? Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate ? Core skills include expert understanding of peripheral connectivity and configuration (printers, scanners, payment devices, signature pads, etc.) ? Excellent communication and in-person desktop support for end users ? Expert understanding of basic network devices and protocols (Meraki) Firewalls, Switches, Access Points ? Perform user administration and environment security duties ? SD-WAN Infrastructure implementation and support ? Mobile Device Management ? Mobile Application Management ? Conditional Access Policy ? Centralized systems management ? Document systems landscape and office topology * Data and Voice platform migration planning and execution.
