Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs

P rincipal Responsibilities

Experience- 1-2 Years
Role Description-
• Handles Offline AP function and Inbound Calls from Vendors. Performs outbound calls when necessary.
• Handles Email queries.
• Coordinates with AP specialists for further queries.
• Taking care of month end close deliverable
• Support/provide inputs for internal/external audit
• Ensuring delivery of transitioned process as per SLA
• Ensures team engagement participation
• Meeting SLA Targets
• Adheres to administrative requirements

C andidate Skills Required

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable Process or any Finance function.
• Knowledge of Finance ERP System (SAP/Ariba/Dynamics).
• Inbound/Outbound Call Handling.
• Email/Query Handling.
• Microsoft Outlook Mailbox and Applications,
• Knowledge of Service-Now.

  • Build capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client
    • Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes and updates
    • Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations
    • Partner with team leaders to brainstorm and identify training themes and learning issues to better serve the client
    • Update job knowledge by participating in self learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks
