YOUR ROLE
As a Treasury Analyst on our team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the company’s financial health by managing daily cash operations, assisting with liquidity planning, and ensuring accurate banking transactions. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to build a career in corporate finance, offering hands-on experience in treasury functions and exposure to cross-functional collaboration. You’ll contribute to maintaining strong internal controls, optimizing cash flow, and supporting strategic financial initiatives.
In your daily job you will:
- Monitor daily cash balances and prepare cash position reports.
- Assist with cash forecasting and liquidity planning.
- Support bank account management, including opening/closing accounts and maintaining documentation.
- Process wire transfers, ACH payments, and other banking transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in maintaining treasury systems and databases.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
- Support compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Participate in treasury-related projects and process improvements.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Internship or coursework in corporate finance or treasury is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with treasury systems or ERP software is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
