ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This position focus on various sales operations and business support to Korea sales team. Your contribution in this role will be important to the efficiency of Korea sales, and bring vitality to the office.

Responsibilities

  • Business Support, including but not limited to…
    • presales documentation supporting such as making proposals
    • order processing and tracking through Salesforce and Oracle system
    • internal approval negotiation with Deal Desk, Legal and Export team etc
    • distributor and customer communication.
  • Collaborate with local sales and FAE teams to optimize the work process
  • Constantly provide insights to sales management on the issues and solutions in local teams, be participated as sales process optimization contributor.
  • SF hygiene monitoring and sales data analysis for local sales team as needed.
  • Implement global sales operation requirement to local team, monitor the progress, timely find the barriers and quickly taking corrective actions.
  • Assist on local data collection from sales management
  • Customer royalty compliance tracking
  • Assist on local customer training delivery
  • Working with finance team on due payment pushing with customers
  • New customer vendor registration process, be creative to simplify the process based on company policy. Communicate with internal stakeholders such as Deal Desk, Legal, Export, Finance and People team, to accomplish in time.
  • Take the ownership on customer export compliance process, collect export compliance documents and working with Export team to get proper internal or external approval
  • Local sale events support such as TMM meeting, local sales meetings, global visitors customer meeting logistics.
  • Office Administration, including but not limited to travel logistic, facility maintenance, payment application, and other supporting work to Korea sales and FAE team.
  • Support local sale management logistics
  • Support HR team on local affairs
  • Support Finance team on local affairs

  • Be patient to take on and carry out multi-functional works parallelly
  • Demonstrated the ability to proactively and effectively work with all organizational levels within a fast-moving high-technology company
  • 1-2 years work experience on sales support and office administration (IT industry company work experience is preferable)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Fluency on oral and writing English
  • Preferably familiar with OA system, such as Salesforce and Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
