The Senior Manager, Environmental Sustainability, will be crucial in working to deliver our sustainable operations, and demonstrate our commitment to responsible business.

You will lead initiatives to integrate sustainable practices into our operations, collaborating closely with various teams in order to execute our strategy. As such, you will be integral in championing sustainability in our global offices and driving organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyse accurate scope 1, 2, and 3 data as per greenhouse gas protocol standards to track emissions
  • Offer specialised expertise to Office Managers, Real Estate & Design, and Global Sourcing teams for implementing environmental best practices, supporting emissions reduction goals
  • Establish measurable metrics and benchmarks to monitor and evaluate progress towards environmental sustainability objectives
  • Collaborate with Operations leadership to expand the firm's environmental sustainability capabilities, advocating for adoption of sustainability targets and action plans
  • Engage clients and external stakeholders to communicate the firm's commitment to environmental sustainability, fostering partnerships for collective action and awareness
  • Assist the team in global ESG reporting, including TCFD, CSRD, and other sustainability aspects
  • Ensure transparent communication via annual reports, including key sustainability metrics like the Environmental Sustainability Report, CDP and Ecovadis submissions, and stay updated with industry trends, as well as regulatory changes

Our Practice Area
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sustainability or related field
  • Demonstrated track record in creating and executing environmental sustainability strategies and projects, ideally in a corporate or legal setting
  • Thorough understanding of environmental regulations, norms, and optimal methodologies
  • Proficient analytical abilities to tackle intricate environmental challenges and propose viable resolutions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal aptitudes, fostering productive collaborations with various stakeholders
  • Prior involvement in driving organizational change efforts is highly desirable

      Location & Reporting

      Based in our London office, and reporting into the Associate Director, Global Operations.

      Our standard office hours are 09:30-18:00, with a current requirement for 3 days in the office per week.
