Join our Team as an
Associate (m/f/d) in our Banking / Debt Finance practice
You will be closely involved in challenging work for clients from day one. As an associate at White & Case, you will have the opportunity to take on responsibility within your own team and the entire practice group at an early stage - we face new and exciting challenges together every day!
Your work at our firm will involve a wide range of tasks mainly with an international focus, including:
- Providing advice for our domestic and international clients, such as banks and other financial institutions, private equity investors and corporates in respect of complex cross-border finance transactions
- Advising on complex issues, particularly in the areas of leveraged and bank/bond financings (including high yield), acquisition finance and corporate loans
- Cross-border work with various legal jurisdictions and our global White & Case offfices
