In this role, you will:
- Provide vision and set direction for strategic cross-border and international multi-business line initiatives
- Drive growth in revenue and the international footprint through the identification of synergies with Business Execution companywide
- Provide thought leadership to develop and implement strategic solutions to highly complex and potentially companywide business challenges through optimization of resources
- Analyze and develop business execution solutions to address complex international business challenges
- Lead a team of managers to develop long-term strategies, policies, and process advancements for the purpose of operational excellence and process efficiency in order to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with and influence management regarding significant trends and issues, and recommend appropriate strategies or actions
- Drive, manage, and support internal communications and forums to encourage and enable collaboration and cultural evolution initiatives, as required or directed by the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management experience

- Broad/deep experience in site selection, real estate transactions, real estate property management, construction management, and/or distribution strategy preferably with a national corporation
- Strong understanding of global trends and practices in real estate
- Financial services experience
- Must be able to demonstrate true results in impacting business outcomes and must be an innovative leader
- Demonstrated experience and comfort leading/partnering in a highly matrixed organization with positive results
- Self-starter, with a proven ability to think both strategically and tactically, diagnose opportunities and implement operationally, often in ambiguous environments
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines, coupled with a commitment to the highest quality standards and an eye for detail
- Team player, with the ability to gain confidence and trust at all levels of the organization, leveraging networks and overall strength of the enterprise
- Proven change management experience with solid decision making skills and analytical ability
- Proven strong relationship management skills and demonstrated success in building partnerships, collaborating and influencing at senior levels across lines of business as well as with corporate partners
- Excellent people management experience including coaching, teaching and mentoring of employees
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, time management and presentation skills with a leadership presence
- Travel as needed
- New role reporting to Head of Corporate Properties due to increased need to centralize functions that support WIM and EMEA in CPG
- WIM/EMEA REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS: Would oversee all strategy around leasing (new leases and renewals), purchases
- WIM OFFICE CONSTRUCTION: Would oversee all new WIM office construction and major remodels
- WIM/EMEA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: Oversight of internal and third-party teams supporting repairs and maintenance across the WIM and European portfolio
- LEADERSHIP RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Primary interface with WIM/ EMEA leadership in management of real estate activities. Work as a team member on strategy development and oversight of the annual leasing and project plans. Maintain controls over spend and assure third party resources are used effectively and in a timely manner to support excellent execution of the multi-year plan and strategy. Manage the relationship with the third-party providers.
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$250,000.00 - $420,000.00
