About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Sr. Lead Business Execution Consultant. This individual will drive strategic initiatives that enhance banker development and integration across Consumer & Small Business Banking (CSBB) and Wealth & Investment Management (WIM). You will serve as a subject matter expert for licensed banker roles, lead cross-functional programs, and manage key readiness and content strategies to support the Affluent/Premier segment.

In this role, you will:
Strategic Consulting & Integration
- Lead strategic consulting efforts and execute banker development initiatives across CSBB and WIM.
- Oversee integration efforts and support key readiness programs such as Elevate, quarterly workshops, and leadership meetings.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for licensed banker roles, ensuring alignment with performance and rewards strategies.
- Drive performance management and recognition strategies for the licensed banker and financial advisor job families.
- Develop and manage content for banker readiness programs.
- Maintain documentation repositories across platforms (e.g., intranet, Branch Portal, InfoMAX).
- Collaborate with compliance and SMEs to review, update, and enhance documentation.
- Lead quality assurance reviews for Affluent business materials.
- Consult, coordinate, and lead integrated routines and initiatives across CSBB and WIM.
- Manage and resolve partner and field escalations.
- Coordinate internal tabling events at WFA/NBG&E.
- Lead the alignment and execution of the Affluent Premier 360 Surround Sound strategy.
- Collaborate with Affluent, NBG&E, and NBN teams to ensure integration with partner, field, and executive leadership.
- Serve as repository owner for Affluent documents and tools.
- Recommend and implement process and design improvements.
- Integrate WIM partnership activities and continuing education into licensed banker resources.

- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Experience with National Branch Network and CSBB.
- Strong knowledge of performance management programs and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint including creating dynamic presentations.
- Ability to adaptability and thrive in fast-pace, dynamic environment, quickly adjusting to shifting priorities while maintaining productivity and a positive attitude.
- Fosters a collaborative work environment, actively engaging with cross-functional teams to share knowledge, resolve challenges, and drive collective success through open communication and mutual respect.
- Intellectual curiosity and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and tactical implementation skills.

- This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.

Salary Range:
Minnesota: $139,000- $239,000 annually
Actual salary is determined by location, experience and qualifications of the job.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$139,000.00 - $239,000.00
