Specialty Senior Software Engineer - Archer

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Certified Archer Administrative Expert will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of RSA Archer platform deployments across all environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod). This role requires deep technical expertise in Archer administration, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate across infrastructure, compliance, and application teams. The ideal candidate will also support Wells Fargo's technology compliance initiatives and ensure platform stability and performance.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in complex initiatives on selected domains
  • Lead and coordinate Archer package deployments across all environments.
  • Maintain version control and rollback strategies for deployments
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to validate deployment readiness.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for Archer platform issues, including workflow failures, performance bottlenecks, and user access problems.
  • Monitor system health and proactively address alerts and anomalies.
  • Maintain documentation for incident resolution and platform configurations
  • Investigate and resolve database performance issues and server-level concerns.
  • Collaborate with DBAs and infrastructure teams to optimize Archer's backend architecture.
  • Participate in capacity planning and system tuning efforts
  • Perform Archer software installations, upgrades, and patching.
  • Validate post-installation configurations and ensure environment consistency. Maintain installation logs and compliance artifacts
  • Research and respond to Wells Fargo technology compliance requests, including accessibility, data retention, and audit requirements.
  • Ensure Archer platform aligns with internal governance and regulatory standards.Support SaaS migration assessments and documentation efforts.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of experience administering RSA Archer in a large enterprise
  • RSA Archer Certified Administrator or Certified Expert designation.
  • Strong understanding of GRC processes and risk frameworks.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Windows Server, and IIS.
  • Experience with deployment automation and version control tool
Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:
