Senior Sourcing Consultant-Strategic Sourcing

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Sourcing Consultant to join our Strategic Sourcing Team.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and manage spend categories, develop strategies and negotiate contract for products, services, and suppliers.
• Contribute to category saving targets for multiple categories and supplier performance.
• Review and analyze contract data, business goals and market conditions to identify cost saving opportunities.
• Determine deal strategy and control all aspects of contract negotiations and cost-effective supplier assessments.
• Manage the entire lease process from origination to final execution ensuring all required documents are received, filed, and executed.
• Maintain all lease administration systems and prepare all lease agreements and related contractual documents ensuring they follow policies and procedures.
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to ensure appropriate language is used to achieve final lease documents.
• Lead projects and mentor less experienced staff.
• Research and respond to internal or external inquiries.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Sourcing, Procurement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

• Category management or strategic sourcing experience supporting areas such as: Marketing and/or Corporate Travel.
• Experience negotiating and drafting contracts.
• Experience working in a highly regulatory environment.
• Experience working in the financial services industry.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.

Job Expectations:

• Hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week.

Position is not eligible for a VISA.
